Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Bowling Green

The plumbing technician Steven Bowden was punctual, courteous, patient and informative. He told me up front what the cost would be and why. He had to go under the house and into the crawlspace to get to the clogged section of drain pipe. He told me he successfully got the hardened clog removed from that section of pipe. He told me if the entire piping had to be replaced, the job could have been much more expensive. The job took him about an hour or so. The desired result of his work was instantaneous. Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Bowling Green needs to hang on to this guy! Most pleasant plumber that I have ever dealt with. John B. Ingram

Less than one star. I called to see how much rooting a drain would be. They didn't want to price it over the phone. I assumed probable 100-150 dollars. They came to the house told us the service started at approximately 450 dollars to root it, 900 dollars to replace the pipe (It's PVC not Silver) and more to "Jet it". We declined - still had to pay a 70 dollar service fee for a conversation that took ~1 minute in our kitchen (and could have easily been had over the phone). They basically drove out to collect a 70 dollar check - it was the most dishonest experience I've ever had. I almost told them to leave without paying - but I'm not a dishonest person. The worst experience I've had with a company in a long time.

I called with a busted pipe in our kitchen in a panic. They responded promptly when I called and worked with scheduling my repair within the allotted afternoon time I needed. They worked with us and gave prompt support and repair. They gave proactive advice as to what else needed doing because of the water damage and we went from there. Fully recommended!!!! They have my vote!

I don't like calling big chains typically, because it's too much of a corporate, canned package. However, we're new to BG and had a plumbing issue due to the previous homeowners not fixing something right. Called Mr. Rooter and they sent Joe Leibfreid out. Joe was awesome. He was personable, knew his stuff and fixed our issue perfectly. Joe had an attention to detail, and treated me like it was his personal plumbing business. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter of Bowling Green, KY!
