I recently called Pitzers One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating to check out my system. Paul was the technician that came to my house. He was very knowledgeable about the system and identified a few things that needed to be done to make the system work better. He ordered the parts and they were here within a few days. He also installed them for me. I had a great experience with this company. If you ever get Paul as your tech, you’re definitely going to get quality work!
I’m giving only 4 stars due to a mixup with the scheduler regarding time. As for the service done on the AC unit (or fan), the technician Allen did a great job! He was very professional, knowledgeable, tidy, and answered all of my questions. I appreciate it, and will I most likely use them again in the future.
Wonderful group of people to work with. All the technicians, installers and Joe the field supervisor were very polite and professional, even all the techs from PHX. Definitely the type of workers you'd want in your home. The only reason I gave the company,(not the workers), a 4 star rating is because of the salesperson. He stated that in getting the deluxe PKG removal and capping the swamp cooler would be included and so would any duct work should they find problems, well that didn't happen. The company did include removal of swamp tho free of charge. I still have no air to my back rooms. They think it's the ducts. Now mind you this job was a nightmare from the start, every snafu you could think of happened with my install , they were all very cool about it and got it fixed. I have an older home that has never had a. All workers get 5 star rating and sales gets a 4 rating.
John did a great job fixing our AC issues. Very professional and friendly. Thank you so much, would recommend him and his firm any time.
They try very hard to get you the best price and equipment for your house. Making sure your completely satisfied with your new A/C system. Joe did an excellent job, although he wasn't the lead technician he took over the job and finished it up as we expected.
