First, I was thrilled that after I left a text message on line on a Friday night about 7:00, within a half an hour I had a return text to my phone and arranged for a repair call on Saturday morning within a two hour window. Impressive. Second, the repair person (Antony Benavides) called well within the estimated time window and said he would arrive in 15 - 20 minutes. He arrived and was professional but friendly. He explained what he was doing and why. He provided me options regarding the repair, the company's maintenance plan, and my choices. I did not feel pressured to buy the maintenance plan, I was given the prices and allowed to make my choice. I asked questions and he respectfully answered the questions I asked. Third, I requested a bid for a replacement unit due to the age of what I have now. Antony explained why he offered me the quote he did and why what he quoted was the appropriate unit for my home. I am a very satisfied customer! Envirotech has an excellent employee in Tony and I am impressed with how I have been treated from start to finish.

Envirotech has been a great resource for our smart thermostat. We used them at our previous house and moved to a new location. They came out within a day and installed the new Ecobee 5. Evan did an awesome job. Looking forward to having them out twice a year for scheduled maintenance.

We have an older system with a lot of issues. They have been very responsive when we’ve had issues including same-day issues. They are trying to extend the life of our system as long as they can. There is also a good plan to move forward to upgrade our geothermal system. All of the techs have been knowledgeable, personable & conscientious .

I was a first time customer of Envirotech. I found them on the Nextdoor app and chose them based on the positive reviews and feedback from several people on that site. They installed a new air conditioning unit for us and were nothing less than professional and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process, from the initial sales consultation through the installation. I'm sure availability varies on their current workload, but they were able to get us scheduled within a few days. The techs were very polite and courteous, the installation was clean and well done. I would definitely recommend Envirotech and will absolutely be using their services again in the future.

Nathan was quick, honest, and thorough. My aging AC unit was leaking refrigerant and he explained my options without any pressure to buy. I will gladly use Envirotech the next time I need service.
