Good service friendly people

Terrible terrible job with trying to hire them to install windows. You have to coordinate yourself with 10 different departments since they won't. I met the sales rep and signed a contract in October 2015 for installation services, March 2016 still incomplete and since I opened a credit line with them I have been sent to collections I am disputing since services were not rendered. I use to shop at the store all the time. I read reviews regarding the service prior to hiring. From what I saw 1 bad review from 4 at the time. They can add another. Very frustrated and since I am one person within this big corporation I do not expect anything to get done. I have tried contacting the CEO and all upper management too. I don't write reviews often, but this is a terrible experience I would not like to see anyone suffer through. My credit has been hit and I still don't have all the issues addressed in our written contract fulfilled. Very frustrated and disappointed. Please seek elsewhere.
