Troy did an outstanding job repairing my Bosch Dishwasher (which no one else I called would even work on a Bosch!) by figuring out very quickly what the problem was, then ordering the part while he was standing in my kitchen. The part arrived the next day, and Troy was nice enough to come back that same day to install the needed part. He made sure everything was working properly before he left. I really appreciated his professionalism and caring!

Very courteous, easy-going, he installed the carbon monoxide detector I had been given, along with my new furnace & central air last February, which I did not understand exactly HOW to install; and he was very nice about it. He clearly knew what he was doing when he installed it. Also he recommended I have a surge protector installed, explaining the need for it. But because I was already over my budget, he did not PUSH the need for me to presently purchase this expensive device immediately.

Had Richard (with AB May ). out this morning to service my heating and cooling system. As usual was prompt and thorough, have had this gentleman before & as with other techs for this company he is definitely an asset...over the years I have had quite a few dealings with AB May with no complaint (have periodically checked other providers but none have stood up to the service this company provides) they DON'T. take shortcuts and the. few times I have had to call them back has been quickly addressed. And those that answer the phone ☎ are super polite.

The technician was prompt and performed my seasonal maintenance quickly. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Very easy to talk to and patient with any questions I had. I have been a customer since 2002. AB May gives me peace of mind for ensuring my furnace and air conditioning are up and working each season.
