Misquoted pricing on septic tank pumping and men with horrible attitudes. I wrote down everything I was originally quoted a few months ago. It was not honored. I was told that “waste removal has gone up substantially.” I’m sure this is a busy time of year for them and that’s all it is. The ground was frozen when I originally called. Ironic! $285 to start in the winter when you can’t dig the ground to expose the tank and $325 to start when you can dig. They labeled my needs for service as emergent, but it wasn’t. I waited around for them all day. I was told late morning and I got the call that they were coming at 1:30 pm!

Great service! All the people I dealt with were fantastic, friendly and just as concerned about my septic issue as I was! Excellent!!!!

Reddi ... I'm removing my former glowing review and dropping you. Here's why. Called this outfit a month ago for a clogged driveway drain leading into my basement. They said someone would call right back but it never happened. We are getting 4 inches of rain over the next 48 hours, so I took the day off work today and called again and requested same-day emergency service to clear it before my basement fills with water. Was told someone would be here today and they would call 30 mins before arrival. By late afternoon I was getting nervous so I called. Was told someone would call me right back. So now, as my basement is literally filling up downstairs and I just turned my sump pump on, it's 8:00 pm and I'm kind of thinking they aren't going to make it. Reddi, if I treated my bosses the way you treat your customers, I would be fired. So tonight I'm firing you as a company that I ever call for service again. And I'm leaving this review on every corner of the webisphere. You owe me a vacation day and a dry basement.

Called for a drain clean as our water was backing up in the basement. They brought two augers charged us roughly $100 and said our pipe had to of been collapsed and quoted us over $6000 to have it fixed .Had a friend come by to look at it who used a shop vac to clear out the water from the pipe and ended up sucking out a couple rags and a toy one of our children must have flushed and now our main line is fine. Very dissatisfied that they tried ripping us off over $6000

They have been fast, friendly and honest. I originally called them to my home to fix one issue and was told that that wasn’t the actual problem and that my fix was much easier and less costly. It’s nice to know there are honest service people that will help you out.
