I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. Cain was extremely responsive and attentive when I first contact them about our sewer issue. I knew what my issue was and Cain was able to confirm that with just a few photos - saving both of us time and money. Travis and Jason were out the next day replacing our house trap. These two were courtesy, professional and two of the hardest working plumbers I've ever seen! I've been dealing with sewer issues for 20 years including a full replacement 13 years ago. These guys were the first company to ever give me a full diagnostic of the problem. Cain is continuing to work diligently with the city to resolve the issue on their end. Can't recommend these guys enough. Initial bids I got were $9,300 - $25,000. After phase one I'm up and running for $2,700. These guys are great. Thanks Dick Ray Plumbing.
These folks saved us this week. After Rotor Rooter went from $9,600.00 to $22,000.00 in a 24 hour period to fix our sewer, they came in and diligently found out the real issue and worked so hard to get us up and running in a 2 day period after not having a functioning sewer for a week. Travis, Jason and Cain were the nicest guys and they did such amazing work for $2,700.00 instead of $22,000.00. We won't ever use anyone else. Their honesty, integrity and kindness made all the difference in a stressful time in our lives. Thanks Dick Ray crew!
If I could give them a negative 6 I would!!!!! We have Choice Home Warranty and they dispatched one of their techs to come and work on our air conditioner. The guy didn't have the correct part so he jimmy rigged 2 parts together instead of going to get the correct part. Well, this didn't work and when we called them (work and parts are guaranteed for 39 days), they refused to come back out!!!! SO, CHW dispatched another company to fix their shoddy "work"!!!! BEWARE...this is NOT how to do business ... extremely disappointed with their service!!!!!!
