I called with an air-conditioning problem. The outside temperatures were getting to 99 when the fan quit working. They were all booked up. After I told Shawn what I had checked, and tried to fix it, he guided me to the most likely problem. I picked up the part that they had in stock and had it fixed that same morning. It turned out to be a cool day! Thanks to Shawn & Nick.
