Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Our guy Noah was awesome! Quick and efficient and knew what to do right away. The only small complaint was the price... was a little pricey for what needed to be done, however we still were very pleased.

Excellent service! Dwayne (Tech #3453) and his trainee arrived on time and quickly got to work resolving the issue within 30 minutes. They kept their work area clean and made sure to tidy up before leaving. Would recommend!

MADE A CALL TOLD I WOULD HAVE SOMEONE CALL WITHIN A FEW HOURS. GOT A CALL ABOUT 40 MINUTES LATER SAID ASK IF IT WAS OK IF TECH COULD BE THERE IN 20 MINUTES . TOLD THEM YES THAT WOULD BE GREAT. TECH SHOWED UP KEITH WAS HIS NAME I EXPLAINED TO HIM MY PROBLEM AND WHAT MY DRAIN HAD BEEN DOING. KEITH TOLD ME WHAT NEED TO BE DONE. AND IF THAT DID NOT HELP WHAT THE NEXT THING THEY WOULD HAVE TO TRY. HE GAVE ME A PRICE ON WHAT IT WOULD BE AND ASKED IF I WANTED TO GO AHEAD AND HAVE HIM DO IT. HE WORKED ON IT AND TOLD ME EXACTLY ABOUT WHERE THE CLOG WAS. AND GOT IT UNCLOGGED , HE KEPT THE AREA CLEAN HE WAS WORKING IN CLEANED UP[ AFTER HIMSELF REAL GOOD. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS EXCELLENT JOB AND KEITH WAS ONE OF THE BEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER HAD COME OUT AND FIX SOMETHING IN MY HOUSE.

Amazing service! Called because our sink was backed up and nothing we did seemed to help. Customer service over the phone to set up the appointment was great! When our service technician came out he arrived fairly quickly and immediately started working to fix the problem. He went through his service recommendation and was very polite and also made sure he explained everything in detail and was quick to answer all of our questions. When he was finished he went over everything one more time with us and showed us that our sink was fixed and working properly. Everyone hopes that nothing will ever go wrong in their home but more often than not something does and after this experience we will definitely be going back to Roto-Rooter for any of our plumbing problems!

Your technician was good, He came in reviewed the need and went right to work. He told me what he was doing and explained my problem. He fixed it. My home is on a slab and I have no basement. this was a challenge for him. But he took care of it. thank you.
