Needed to have water heater replaced. Glenn gave me an estimate and completed the work quickly and at the price quoted. He was punctual and cleaned up the area after the job was completed.

I had (what I thought) might be an absolute plumbing disaster on my hands and Glenn not only came in a very timely manner, he fixed it immediately and for a great price. I originally was referred to him by my friend and neighbor who had the same great experience with Glenn. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thorough, professional yet friendly and so knowledgeable. He exudes confidence and made me feel immensely relieved while I was stressed out, as we seniors can get. I cannot imagine using anyone else in the future.

Glenn installed a water softener system, carbon filter, and RO system in my home. This replaced a much older and cheaper model water softener. I could not be happier with the work or the price. The system is excellent and sized to accommodate my family. I obtained several quotes for this system; I chose Sampson's plumbing for several reasons: Glenn uses a non-proprietary water softener made here in Arizona. He took the time to explain the water softener system, the brand and his reasons for using it. Glenn was happy to work around my schedule and responded to all of my calls quickly and professionally. The price of the system was very reasonable and competitive. Other quotes, for similar systems, were several thousand dollars more expensive from other plumbing companies. As others have said, Glenn took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I was happy with his work as well as the quality of the system. I would recommend this business to anyone needing a water softener or general plumbing work.

Had two new toilets installed. The installation was quick and painless (for me). The installer was a reasonable and personable. Highly recommend.
