I called Bob Hamilton for help installing a smart thermostat. They sent a technician named Amy out for the service. I greeted her with a handshake and she slipped on her shoe covers. We went over what was going to be done. She made me aware of the service partner program. Also, she answered all my questions in a professional manner. Then she gave me some recommendations on some additional servicing I may have needed and everything was done in a timely fashion. Thanks for your service today and i wish you the best.

Satisfied customer twice over... Three years ago Bob Hamilton replaced my (93 yr' old) main sewer line and they did a marvelous job! I could not have been more pleased. This time around when my main water line broke (galvanized pipes) the line had to be fully replaced. Without a doubt I contacted them because I knew that I could count on them, trust them and that what ever work needed to be done they would take care of it in a professional and thorough manner. Yes, I admit they may be a little higher in price than a smaller company; however, but "you get what you pay for" and every job is backed by their guarantee — that gives a customer peace of mind.

We were amazed at how quickly we were able to get an appointment for our electrical problem. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problems, offered us two quotes using different smoke detectors/carbon monoxide detectors and also the benefit of becoming a service partner. He went to work and was done quickly which took a lot of work on his part. We are very pleased with his work, his making sure of our understanding of what the options were and his price quotes. Very pleased with Clark's work on such a hot day.

They were very polite and efficient. I have used them a few times now and they have always been honest and always backed up their work. They gave me a few different options with the prices and I was able to choose which option fit my budget without any pressure. They have always called before coming and completed each job. These guys are always professionals who don't jerk you around. I had an issue with my ducts and mistakenly called for a plumber, so they sent out Eric. Eric did good work, gave me free consultation on some other stuff around the house, then scheduled a duct/AC guy to come out. William, the AC guy, also did a great job informing me and getting me straightened out for the next steps and at the end, gave me a solid idea of my options and pricing. Even recommended that I shop around if I was unsure about their prices, but for the work, the price seems completely reasonable. They were prompt, effective, competitively priced, and friendly. What more can you ask for?
