Working with Scott and Jim has been fantastic. Scott has been very informative about the entire process as well as knowledgeable about the technology/equipment. I met Jim yesterday when he and his assistant were wrapping up for the day. We are having Mitsubishi mini-split systems installed and he walked me around the house and explained what they had done, what we could do when we get drywall installed/finished, etc. It's been great!

Angelena was on time (actually early with an advance call) extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. She advised me of the problem and cost in advance of doing the work. It was a great experience. LBA is very fortunate to have such a great employee and representative of their company!!!

LBA customer service is phenomenal. Every tech I worked with was knowledgeable and explained things so I could understand. I was given multiple options and the ability to finance my new AC unit. Even better... extremely quick service. Seen within 2 hours of my online inquiry, and new AC was installed 24 hours later. Highly recommend!

Michael was very professional and did a good job testing my air conditioner and letting me know that it will be good for about two more years and then I will need to replace it. He let me know that you no longer are with Lenox and said the ones you sell now are very efficient and easy to service. He was very knowledgeable. I like him very much.
