Chet called to confirm he was on his way and arrived promptly early this morning. Very courteous and already had an idea of the possible problem based on talking with my husband over the phone. Our AC is 10 years old and was originally installed by KB (of course it went out around bedtime on one of the hottest summer nights). Good news! By mid-morning he had already gone to retrieve the new blower part and by the time we returned from work today our home was nice and cool! So glad to have such a quick response and repair. We had left a message with their answering service when we realized it was not working around 11:00 pm. We do seasonal AC and Furnace checks with KB Complete. Of course, these kinds of repairs are never expected and rather costly. Although, looking forward to a good sleep tonight!

I have been using KB Complete for my plumbing and HVAC needs for years and have always been fully satisfied. Yesterday (08/05/2019) they truly did a terrific job. The repair was a simple clearing of a backed-up drain line and the work was done quickly and completely correct the first time. What really impressed me, though, was how responsive the company was to my service request. I called their customer service line at about 12:30pm yesterday to request a service call, thinking that they would be able to make it by sometime this week, which would have been perfectly acceptable to me. KB Complete was actually able to schedule a technician for the same afternoon, and the technician arrived exactly as scheduled. Aaron took care of the problem right away and had my drain line working great in just minutes. He left absolutely no mess behind either. This is why I use and recommend KB Complete. Great customer service, reliable and effective technicians and fair pricing.

The serviceman did a great job. He was very polite and checked out everything on the A/C. I would recommend him and your company. We have used your company for over 20 years for our investment properties and our own home. We have purchased around 6 furnaces and air conditioners during that time.

KB consistently responds promptly to service requests and every serviceman who has come into my home has been amazing. They are all knowledgeable whether it’s plumbing, heating or cooling. They are conscientious about being careful and cleaning up. They explain the services they have provided and the billing accordingly. I’ve used KB Complete for all my service needs for 20 years. Exceptional service and reliability. When I came home to an inside temperature of 84 degrees last night I knew I was in trouble - no A/C in a 100 degree heat wave! KB came out within an hour and was able to repair my unit in no time.
