Answered promptly even when I left a voicemail. Explained clearly what they were doing and why. Cleaned up after themselves. Charged a reasonable amount for some very dirty hard work in very hot weather and then didn't charge when they had to come back. Again showing us what they were doing and why. Very satisfied and will use them again and will tell all my friends. They also were clear about their service limits. Much appreciated.

Just disappointing. I had a window of time (3-5pm) and was told the plumber would call on his way. I received a call around 3:30 and the plumber didn't show up until 4:48 - of which I had to call the office twice to check in to see if he was even still coming. The office let me know he 'stopped by his house' on his way to mine. When he arrived, he took a look at the issue on my faucet and simply told me he couldn't do anything about it because they 'close at 5:00 and he didn't want to work late'. He was nice enough to at least let me know what I needed to go buy so that I could call another plumber to have the issue resolved.

I had a pipe under my house that sounded like a waterpark was erupting when the main water was on, I was sure it was going to cost a fortune. Sam came out assessed the damage, fixed it in about half an hour, and for a great price. He was professional, courteous, and considerate. Great job. Will be recommending you to all my friends and family.
