Very corrupt home owners association. Has been a nightmare dealing with them. Cheap and nasty buildings. The only people are rating this place well are home owners who are attempting to conceal the miserable state of affairs in this place

Terrible construction, terrible HOA, terrible neighbors, and a drug rehab facility housing people in the complex. The place is good for an investment, but terrible to actually live in.
