Frederick Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning

I normally don't share reviews since I always expect good service from the people I work or contract services with. However I feel compelled to write this review to recognize Frederick for the outstanding service they provided. On arguably the two hottest days of the year (107+ heat index), they found a way to get my AC working again after my unit died. With their connection with suppliers they were able to find a unit and install it the same day. The internal temp in my house at the time was 92 with 90+% humidity!. Within a few hours it had cooled down to 82 but more importantly with little humidity - our house was livible again! Thank you Chris, tyler, Javier and team to make this happen! Customer for life

I can't say enough good things about Josh at Frederick Plumbing. First, he took a job that another "reputable" plumber refused. When he came over for the estimate, he explained in detail what needed to be done and his plan of action. He answered my questions professionally and had an estimate to me quickly with a scheduled day to come over. The installation was handled expertly and the new sink looks great. Josh is a real professional and is very easy to work with. Thanks again.

Josh just left my house after installing cold and hot water and dishwasher valves as well as a minor repair in our bathroom! Great guy, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly! Could not ask for more!!! This is our third experience and all three have been text book! Frederick’s is in my phone for all of our heating/cooking and plumbing needs!!! Thank you!!!

over a 3year span I have had them work on my business and home. After a few attempts by diffrent people in service to figure out why my shop air conditioner couldnt keep up i gave up ,it was a old unit. I finally gave up but Tyler who was doing house unit assured me if I had him personally come out to check it he would find the problem. He had replaced the ductwork inside in the first year, and was now doing service also. He came out and made the suggestion needed to fix the issue. Owner of the shopping center did the suggestion and WoW what a difference it has made. Unit is keeping up. It Had to do with outside roof unit having exposed ductwork not being insulated. The owner of the shopping center chose to do it his self, added reflective insulation to cover area. Guess it shows experience is everything. I plan on continuing to use them for my needs but will request tyler for service.
