Quick courteous service. Called Master Plumber in the morning and he showed up early afternoon to provide estimate. We gave the go ahead late evening to do the work and he was out next afternoon to do the work. On arrival he was in and out in about 40 minutes replacing a water heater. Would recommend for prompt professional service.

They added a backup sump pump at a reasonable price and even came out to help me another day when I didn't think it was working (just had to be moved over a little). I have had them out to my house several times and they are fast at fixing anything.

If no stars were possible, that’s what I would give. Actually, if negative stars were possible, I would give that. My homeowners warranty contracted a simple water heater repair out to this company. I contacted them at 8am and was told they would be out around 2:30/3:00 as the water heater had flooded part of the basement and the house was without hot water. At 4p I called again, as I had not heard anything. I was promptly and rudely informed “I’m not coming today. I can try for noon tomorrow”. At that point it was too late in the day to find another to perform the necessary work. Worst business process ever! So disappointed with the lack of respect and pride shown in this business. All he had to say was he was too busy today and I could’ve chosen to wait on him or found someone else instead of being mislead and without choice. Disgusting!

These guys kicked but. Showed up next day. On time. They were polite, shared some information about my system with me. And had it the job done quickly. Would hire again. 12-6-18

If I could give no stars I would. I am a single mother who got completely taken by them. About 3 1/2 yrs ago I bought a house and had them come work on the plumbing. All the work they did is now having to be redone. Spigots they replaced are now broken again, and pipe they replaced under shower is now leaking. They lied to me and told me the water purification system in the home was not a water purification system and convinced me it was something I didn't need and should be taken out, I later found the receipt from the previous home owner showing it indeed was an expensive purification system. They put a hole in the side of my house and did not fix it, it's still there. They left my basement a complete disaster and didn't even attempt to clean the mess they made. On top of that they charged me a hefty price. I thought I could trust them and got completely taken! Beware, they lie, steal and over charge!
