I loved that I received an email and a text of who my technician was and a photo of him before he arrived to my house. He had an apprentice with him and it was great seeing them work together, teaching and learning. I am so pleased with every bit of the service and the filtration system.

My son’s sump pump battery backup system went out after an electrical storm and so we called the main Lutz Plumbing phone number and then Scott called me back right away. We scheduled an appointment on Saturday afternoon he showed up early and was nice and diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. We will be a scheduling with Scott to replace the current under-performing pump and get it back to working properly again. Very dependable and courteous!
