Requested a non-emergency inspection/recommendation on a recent sump pump upgrade I had done. Wasn’t happy with the bends in my PVC and couplings. The professional technician was on the scene in about an hour and went above and beyond: replaced slanted piping with straight/solid piping, upgraded all couplings to no-hub metal-braced couplings, clamped the PVC to the floor to keep everything from shifting during pump operation, and corrected the water flow out of my home by running a hose out from the house. I called to replace a leaking shutoff valve under my sink. When Shawn arrived I asked him to go ahead and replace all 3 shutoff valves under our kitchen sink and to replace a brass replacement cartridge in our shower. He had everything completed in a little over 1 hour. He was extremely friendly and did an excellent job. I would happily recommend Wichita Plumbing Company to anyone who needs plumbing work done.
