Had this guy come out to fix a pipe in the basement. No one was home so we told him use the back door and not to track mud inside. He tracked mud all over our white kitchen rug! And all over our floors from coming from the basement to our kitchen. We called him about it and he cussed us out and said to deal with it. All he had to do was roll the rug back for us.
