Very helpful, and great service!

I would be glad to give them a 5-star review for their services, however, their billing practices are not honest. We had to call a plumber this past Saturday for emergency work. I agreed to the hourly rate of $115/hr. After services were rendered, I was provided an invoice and paid with my Visa. After later reviewing the invoice, I noted that the labor hours charged were too many and we were overcharged for the services provided. I contacted their office. Their reply was they 'applied a credit on your account which will be available the next time we perform a service call for you'. I have no intention of using them again, as they should have had honest and accurate billing / invoicing in the first place. I've requested a refund to my Visa, their reply is that according to their 'policy' that they only 'apply credits to customer's accounts'. I'm now responsible to take the financial loss for their invoicing and billing mistake. I'm out $60 for services / hours that were not rendered to me. I will not be using them in the future. It seems a shame such a small issue can't be properly resolved... my family has used E&M for many years... because of this one experience, I will never use them again.
