I bought a hot tub from them, they installed it with power . 16 months later it would not turn on , called them and it took a week to get some one out , told me the breaker they installed was bad. Put another one in , then had to replace a fuse on the tub ..,charged me 570 .00 for their faulty breaker 570.00 . looked on line I can buy same breaker for 80.00!do not use these guys ! Shop around !

Technician came and sadly left things worse than before tried to fix bathroom fixtures. They did remove the emergency charges for having to come back but would not have had to return if had checked their original work. Moreover, left me still needing a whole new system. Asked for someone to get back to me with a bid 2x and received no response. Will be going elsewhere as these repairs were expensive and turns out unnecessary.

I'm very disappointed in them. Not quite 2 years ago we bought our ac/furnace unit from them. We went to turn it on this summer and it kept freezing up. We called them to have someone check it out only to find out they were going to charge us $70/hour plus $69 mileage, for a unit purchased from them less than 2 years ago. Then they were supposed to call when they were headed to our house as they weren't sure what time they would get here and we both work outside of the home. The tech never called then got short with my husband for not being there. When it specifically said on the work order to call. They looked at the ac unit and determined it has a freon leak so they added dye and freon (which we were charged for and I was told everything but labor and mileage was covered). They then said they would have to charge us another $70/hour plus $69 mileage to come back and see what was leaking then order parts and come back back a third time for the same price to fix it. I have never been so sickened by a company and how they treat and over charge customers and then not hold to what they told us the warranty was. I would highly recommend you find someone else to buy an air conditioner from.
