Called two separate times. Both times owner and receptionist unable to commit to schedule a service call. Gave my number and info in most recent request never got a response.

I got a quote from other local plumbers and got a quote from Burnap and the difference in price was staggering. Burnap made sure to cover my needs, were communicative, prompt, friendly, and honest. They seem extremely trustworthy and my experience was stellar. Definitely recommend them and will use them again (god forbid) anything else happen and I end up knee deep in water again.
