If I could have selected no stars that would be my choice, sadly I had to select one. After having my mother call you at least 4 times for assistance, and me calling on her behalf 5 or more times, she was never contacted by your office or a technician. To make matters worse, she is suffering from a respiratory infection and has had to take cold showers due to your lack of responsibility, accountability, and quite frankly, your deplorable customer care. Be assured that I will tell everyone I know in Hutch that your services are not to be trusted!! I don't know if you just don't care, or what the malfunction is, you should be ashamed!
