Company rebuilt my Septic Aeration Pump last year. Had nothing but problems with rebuilt pump, they were terrible at returning calls and end up charging me service call fees to come out twice to try to fix pump making accusations that the pump was getting wet and that was causing the issues. The real issue was the windings in the motor were bad causing the pump to run backwards and sucking in moisture. When I told them this they tried to sell me a new pump at a discount, for my troubles, turns out their discount was still much higher than what I paid for it through another services company. I am not one to write bad reviews but I will never do business with this company again. Turns out in telling others the issues I had I am hearing the same feedback. So buyer beware when dealing with AK Butler, if you like not being called back in a timely manner, bad service, and even worse follow-up then this company is for you. As for me I learned my lesson the hard way in my time, money, and being looked at and lied to. Again, Buyer Beware.
