Communication is horrible. We had to continually reach out them to get our septic tank pumped out, setting the appointment time up, etc. We also wanted a riser out on our tank and were given a quote. We gave them all the information on the tank and when they got here, they told us they were not able to do it and we should do it ourselves. We were also told they would get back with us that night or the next day. 2 weeks later and we've heard nothing from them. We called another company last week and it was done today. 2 stars because they did get the tank pumped out.

Great service, good price! Very friendly and responsive to voice mails, and in my case, came quickly to pump our septic tank. They taught me so much about septic systems and went above and beyond. They also followed me to my mother's house a street over and checked her septic tank free of charge. Priceless integrity, they told me to call them back in 3 years to pump it. I would highly recommend Scott's, you should give them a call whenever you need anything done to your septic!

I contacted the company multiple times and left messages about having our septic pumped, received a phone call with a quote but when attempted to make an appointment was never called back.
