Connected through my home warranty company, Terry came out the same day to look at my sump pump. We were able to get scheduled, and he completed the repair quickly. He was very personable and thorough in his work, letting you know via text when he was on the way, and also sending a text when the work was completed. I would recommend Terry, and Kennedy Plumbing!

What can I say? Easy scheduling, quick response, very polite and professional and arrived on time. The 30 min heads up text was very helpful so I was able to run home and meet Terry to let him in to handle the job I needed done. Was in and out quickly (over my lunch hour), will certainly use Terry again.
