Great customer service, honest and knowledgeable. Water pipe froze up and split during the coldest week ever in Cal City. Called Access A Plumber 24/7 shared my issue and they schedule me quickly. They showed up an hour early diagnosed the problem and repaired it quickly all this on a Saturday before the Super Bowl. He was very honest with pricing regarding the season and demand, price would have been a bit less but trust me it was still a fair price, very knowledgeable as well. Was having all kinds of issues with American Home Shield warranty company assigning contractors that had terrible ratings. Will be keeping "Access A Plumber 24/7" number on file and will use them again.
Ed the plumber was great. He came right out and fixed my plumbing problem. He even came out on a Sunday late night. Now that is service!! He was very polite and helpful. His prices were great. With his 20 years experience he really knows how to fix the problem. I will be calling him again.
They came out same day, cleared the drain quickly and cleaned up any mess from rodding. Todd was courteous and verified there was no leaking on lower level. I will definitely use them again and do recommend.
