I had called Roto Rooter the day before and ended up asking them to leave. I got on the phone with Bedell the next morning and Mitch was at my door before lunch and fixed the issue, walked me through everything, and was very customer service oriented. They charged my mother for services they did not perform. Seems like they took advantage of a senior citizen...they said they would send a refund. Called to check on refund. They said the check is in the mail.... My mother got the refund today....so change to 3 stars...
