I initially called Stemler’s Plumbing and scheduled an appointment regarding a leak. They stated they would call prior to arriving. Working nights I sleep during the day. I went to sleep awaiting their call, instead I received a knock on the door. The gentleman stated he called my neighbor. I was not even aware my neighbors set an appointment with them. I let them know I would like for them not to relay information to my neighbors regarding my property. They did anyway repeatedly. I ended up working 2- 80 hour weeks and when my neighbors asked I stated I found someone. Planning on still utilizing Stemler’s plumbing. My neighbor scheduled service prior to me getting an estimate with another company which stated he would be contracting out the work. He gave a very low number but knew it wasn’t an accurate quote. When I called them back to find out about what the cost of a total line repair would be as my family member suggested they stated that they would be declining to do the service since my neighbors scheduled and canceled. My reason for wanting things kept separate from her in the first place. Apparently my neighbor affected their decisions on providing my service.
