Replaced my gas hot water heater. It is in a tricky spot to get to, and they did a fabulous job not only replacing my hot water heater, but moving my washer out of the way and then installing it back. They also had to replace some old piping. They were quick and professional. Best of all, they didn't break the bank. I highly recommend them!
We had a water leak and couldn't locate it. The guys came out, found the leak, cut off water supply to the leak, picked up the part and returned the next day and repaired our outside field hydrant. They were courteous, prompt, professional, and thorough. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and reasonable plumber. They do commercial work too!!! Thanks again Deckard Plumbing.
Deckard plumbing was able to fix my sink upstairs in a short amount of time. I had several handymen that couldn’t repair the clog. So grateful
Had sewer line issues for the first time in 4 years, so I called Deckard and was placed on the schedule quickly. Line was cleared, but work was not guaranteed due to the fact that tree roots were found in the drain. Two weeks later, my sewer line clogged again and I again called Deckard. They did not return my call that day (or even since). I called ASI Plumbing next. They were out same-day, cleared the line, ran a video monitor through the drain, and worked with MSD to determine if there was something on their side. They charged over $100 less than Deckard and DID THE JOB RIGHT. I understand that all jobs cannot be guaranteed, but it shouldn’t be an unrealistic expectation of the customer for an honest effort by Deckard instead of an opportunistic money grab. They won’t be getting any more business from me.
Ignored my polite suggestion that they not park in the only handicapped parking on 5th Street and move 25 feet forward to the loading zone that was actually in front of the place they were working. Occupied the handicapped parking for absolutely no good reason than to be contrary
