Tiger Plumbing

I had Tiger replace about an inch of copper pipe where a small leak from a decommissioned saddle valve had formed. I didn't have time to get a second estimate because I didn't want water all over my basement floor, but the price they gave me seemed high for the 20 minutes they were out. They did a great job though and I liked their signature trucks. I haven't used them again though.

Honest company!!! The young man explained what I really needed and what I didn't. They gave me peace of mind!!! Highly recommended!

Scheduled to get an estimate done and was told they would be at my place around 2pm. 3pm rolled around and no one showed but then recieved a phone call from them around that same time, which I answered, but no one responded on the other end so I hung up and called them back. They answered the phone and said that they were on there way. 3:45pm rolls by and still no show so I call them and no one answers. They close at 4pm and nobody ever showed or called me back, wasting multiple hours of my day...will definately not recommend them to anyone.

NEVER HIRE Tiger. BAD SERVICE. I contacted them a week before scheduling, to ensure a date and time that would work for main line sewer rodding. Jeff told me the following week was clear. I called back on Monday and asked if they were free Wednesday, which Jeff confirmed. I scheduled a day off work (Wednesday), and was told they would show up between 9-12. Which was fine because I requested a day off from work specifically to have this done. Wednesday comes, I get a call at 9:37am stating they are running late at another job, and would be there way later past 12, which again I was fine with since I took the day off. Then I get another call at 2:40 pm stating they can't make it. Jeff suggests tomorrow morning, but again, I TOOK THE DAY OFF FROM WORK FOR THIS!!! I can't just take another day off without scheduling in advance!! Then he suggests just ask a neighbor to be there, or let them in alone in the house with no one present. I don't know about you guys, but I am not comfortable with strangers in my home with no supervision. I'll ensure to tell everyone I know about this incident and will always suggest they contact a more reputable company.

They never showed for the Scheduled appointment or called to communicate they were canceling, even though they sent a text reminder the day before. Very unprofessional way to run a business.
