Yes! Plumbing

We were not able to get a quote for the work before someone came out. They proceeded to charge us upfront $79 just to have someone come out. When they arrived, they quoted us at over double what we got quoted by other licensed and bonded plumbers in the area for the job. We promptly said No! to Yes! plumbing. The only reason this is getting two stars instead of one is because the plumber that came out was very prompt and kind.

Extremely over-priced. Less than 1 hour and 30 minutes for two guys to install roughly 8"-10" of copper pipe from basement to first floor refrigerator area. An escutcheon plate and stainless steel water pipe was added with a gate valve for shutoff. The main water pipe was basically right underneath the refrigerator. They almost spent more time showing me credentials and asking me to sign up for a monthly program than actual work (not an exaggeration). Like I said, less than 1 hour 30 minutes (probably closer to an hour) for two guys cost me just under $1,000. Only reason I went ahead was because refrigerator was being delivered next day. I work as a construction project manager and should have just hired one of the plumbers at my job-site. Could have saved ~$600 easily. The plumbers even kind of knew it was a BS price. I could see it in their eyes when they processed payment. Bottom-line, I'd reach out to other plumbers for small jobs. A plumber will have that equipment with them at all times. Plus, make sure to have the job quoted beforehand and you don't have to account for the plumbers leaving to get parts. I'm also shocked to learn Indiana doesn't respond well when it comes to services (not from the area). They responded quickly, but it could cost more than if you do your due-diligence.

Everything . The professional courtesy , the transparency , the educating me on what they ( Mark & Ryan ) would need to do and why , leaving my home clean when they left , & how punctual they were . Yes , this is my 2nd review , but for some reason it appears no one saw it . Even though it said shared publicly . It's 4:30 AM I sure hope I got the helpers name right . ( smile ). Communication was excellent as well . Keep up the good work . Well...it's been several years and I had to call on my faithful plumbers [ Mark & Dom ] - several years later , my opinion remains the same because the service remains the same : punctual * professional * efficient * cordial * clean and they explain what they're doing and the pricing. Now , if we could get that type of service with the quality parts being used in holy matrimony with deep discounts - that would be The Icing On The Cake ???? .
