Service was timely and the plumbing repair seemed ok, but they were overpriced by at least $1000 and they destroyed my yard. I came home and there were big holes left and a pile of dirt in the center of the yard. It will cost another grand or more just to regrade and repair what they destroyed. Complete disaster. They cut the cable and phone lines, which is still not fixed after several months. The neighbors cable is out and it was the main line. So now the cable company will have to tear up what remains of my yard along the street. When the two guys came to inspect the sewer line at first, it was clear they were not real competent. I am pretty sure that they broke my sewer line trying to remove the clog, because when they dug it up it had a hole broken through the elbow caused by their tool. Seriously consider a different company. Look at the other reviews which are not surprising based on my experience.
Called them on Tuesday about our heat no coming on, they said someone would there Tuesday or Wednesday. No one showed on Tuesday so my husband called Wednesday morning to verify someone would be here. They informed him that we had an outstanding bill from 2014 (??) and would not send someone until this was paid. My husband asked if they were going to call and tell us and they said they were just going to wait until we called back. What kind of Customer Service is that??
They were here very quickly and even though we had a complicated problem they did a great job resolving it ! Awesome work !!
They are very prompt, friendly, and stand behind their work.
They have been out to my house several times and everytime they leave a huge mess and also they seem to never have there own supplies. they have asked us for stuff over and over again and my landlord pays them to do the job. How can you do a job if you don't have the right stuff?
