“It cost to replace line was almost $1100. Took them four days to finally finish and bring items to code. We were without heat for four days because of their incompetence. Tried to call the office line many times with no response from anyone. I would never recommend them or use them again. Poor business practices and incompetent workers. I was so sick from being without heat I ended up with pneumonia

Outstanding service. Will never use any other HVAC company. Mike Reel was very knowledgeable and professional, He troubleshot the failure and had the unit running in 20 minutes where 2 other serviceman couldn't. Kudos to Galloway Beck Heating.
Recently had new kitchen countertops installed. We upgraded the sink, which is a very unique split corner design. The new sink was several inches deeper than the old, so I called Galloway Beck to do the install. Unfortunately the existing plumbing did not accommodate the new sink. The plumber called back to the shop, conferred with a few others, and informed me that he’d have to fashion a custom-made trap to make the sink work with the existing water line, or else we’d have to run a new water line ($$$). He left, returned an hour later, and installed the new custom-built trap with no trouble whatsoever. I didn’t even notice an upcharge on the bill. Great service, pleasant guy, and quality work. Can’t ask for much more!
