Charged me $100 just to tell me my toilet wasn’t working which is why I called them in the 1st place. They did absolutely nothing not even a quick hand auger. They wouldn’t give me five minutes to choose a repair option which both options cost more then a brand new toilet($250-375). Chris the repair tech refused to let me call him back with my payment information. He literally would not let me off the phone so I had to hang up on him. I called management Mike and he acted like Chris has never done that before and said he would listen to the phone recording. I will never do busy with Church’s again!
Church Plumbing & Heating did an excellent job installing our new furnace and A/C unit. Everyone involved was professional, communicated well, offered us options, and didn't pressure us into purchasing something we didn't need or want. We're very satisfied in recommending Church Plumbing & Heating. They're very trustworthy and work with integrity.
Technicians made two attempts to come to my residence to fix my sump pump. On the original date they were supposed to be here between 9 and 11 am. No show... the next day my wife set it up they were supposed to be here before 11 and never knocked on our door. Now they try billing us 99 dollars for their ineptitude!? Terrible service. Use anyone else.
No let me be very clear, this is a continuation of Chris nagy review. I explained very well to your staff that I am a teacher and cannot answer my phone throughout the day and that my husband would be home to open the door only between the hours of 9 and 11. It is not my fault you guys decided to postpone well past that time due to an emergency on your part not mine. So saying you did me a favor by not charging me for your poor service the first time is beyond me. You cant set up an appt and then decide to change the time when you want especially when you got no answer on the phone clearly showing we where no longer their because you missed the window we agreed upon. Than decide to send your technician during a time we did not agree upon, like oh well at least we try. That is not how things work and is a mistake on your part. I was nice enough to reschedule with your company despite the already missed appt. I got a second appt between 9:30 and 10:00 am and explained that my husband would be there until 11 and to call him. I get a phone call from my husband for the second time that your company was a no show. So I check my voicemail and your technician said he was on his way at 10:15 which means you missed your window time again by 15 minutes. Than you say there was no answer because you called me again and didn't even decide to knock on the door because if you did my husband would have heard it. Why would we dodge the very company we went out of our way to contact to fix a problem in my home. Yeah because we made up a prank to call you and than say Haha look we dodged them again. Doesn't make sense. So like I told your billing lady again. I will not pay the 99 you are claiming especially when you didn't even step a foot in my door, render no service and I didn't sign anything and if it has to I will take you to small claims court. I don't care if it cost more then the 99 dollars. You will not get a dime out of me for your terrible service and poor planning.
Technician was early. Very polite and professional. Less than an hour later and we have heat again! Pricing was very fair! Church will be our go-to for all our future plumbing and heating needs!
