Had used them about 1 year ago for a clogged basement drain, had it done in 45 minutes cost $85.00, 6 months later, same drain same problem, 1 guy from bader came was here 2 hrs. Said he couldn't find the hole in the drain to run his ell down so he call another guy to come to help, nothing done, next day 3 guys come, re-routed my plumbing without my permission, nothing fixed, had me sign that they were here & left, then I go & buy some drain cleaner, that took care of it, bader said they also had drain cleaner & when I told the 1st guy to use it, he said he would rather use a ell with a camera for $125.00 a hour, then I get their bill for over $1.000.00, i called 4 times to talk to the manager, It took him 5 weeks to return my call, he said even though they didn't fix the problem, i still owed the bill, i explained that's like running a race & coming in last & wanting a first place trophy, when we spend our hard earned money we should get results, that's what we are paying for, terrible customer service, will not even use them to clean out a dog house,

We called them on a Friday evening and was called right back and told they’d have someone at our home 8am on New Years Day to fix our furnace! The technician showed up on time, very friendly, made sure he cleaned his shoes before walking in every time he came in our home. Very well vursed on the geothermal furnace we have, diagnosed it well unlike the last company and fixed it pretty quickly. I was highly impressed with their customer service at the office and beyond thankful and happy with the technician. Thank you all very much!
