Would not recommend. We had a plumbing emergency where our water shut off for some reason. Got ahold of Jim on a Saturday. He said he would come same day after current job. That turned into 2 hours. Turned to 4 hours with a text saying he would be leaving soon and then he texted when he was leaving and just NEVER SHOWED. Did not call to tell us he wasn't coming. Very unreliable to me
Don't make the same mistake I did! After paying in full for an incomplete job (only because I received assurance from the company owner that he'd personally return to finish the job) I was lied to for 7 consecutive days. He would say he's coming to complete the pipe repairs and never show up. I was promised a return trip from Jim (the owner) six different times...all with him never showing. I would highly suggest that you look elsewhere to have your plumbing needs serviced!
