South Haven sewer which is run by aqua is criminal they just raised their minimum sewer rate to $61 a month my whole water bill in Valparaiso with much better water quality and better sewer service is $75 a month this is criminal they have a monopoly and people need to speak up just like they need to speak up about illegal immigration if it illegal then it should be stopped and punished as it is illegal to have a monopoly I cannot get my sewer from anyone else my water as been off for 6 months the house is vacant and they're still wanting to charge me $61 a month for nothing
