The customer service and work quality here is God awful. They installed plumbing in a business I own, and within weeks the plumbing started to fall apart. The techs blamed us because we might occasionally hit the pipes with a mop, but then another plumber looked at it and said it wasn't installed properly. After we had plumbing completely fall off, I called their emergency line and never heard back. We then called their customer service line again during business hours and still haven't heard back.
