ZERO STARS we had this company come and do a bid for plumbing at our home appalled is an understatement ..... $508 to put on a customer supplied tub filler - $113 per quarter turn angle stop just two examples while the owner Eric's explanation was "I've been in this business for over thirty year and have the right to charge what I want". Everyone has rights Eric but that right does not extend to theft - charges of that nature are not usual and customary but dishonest Many people are unaware of what actual cost are and really what should be acceptable charges Business need to charge to pay employees - business related expenses - materials and have some mark up to make profit ..... what should profit be? NOT a lobster dinner every night Be very careful when considering to hire this company - although we did not ..... I could not in good conscience not speak to my honest and true experience with them

My plumber tech was Daniel , and he was very professional , trustworthy and efficient in a very stressful situation of water poring down from second floor. . Receptionist was very responsive to my emergency situation, estimate from plumber was free (I AM IMPRESSED) and what's impressive, no hidden fees, no bate and switch and very fair pricing. I will only use this company from now on, seriously, and I don't consider myself an "easy"customer, more of a "demanding"one.
