Be very careful with this business. I should’ve known they were lousy after I took off work on three occasions just for the plumber not to show up. Then our final bill was excessively over the estimate due to a mistake made by the workers. A seal was not properly made between parts they put together and it took them three hours to locate the issue. When I called to report the discrepancy, I was told it was due to a 12 year old faucet. The seal was not on the faucet, I was there. I didn’t even mention that the plumbers threw away a perfectly good piece, saying they had installed the wrong valve for it so it wouldn’t work anyway. The end product works and is as promised but another contractor would’ve likely been more honest and more reliable. By the way, their own employees have left reviews here.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! STAY CLEAR!!! Our bathroom sink was leaking, so we called them to come out and fix it. First guy says it is the overflow tube that is causing the leaking. We haven't had the overflow tube connected for like 3-4 months. So I knew that wasn't the problem, but he is the plumber. He left. Next day sink is still leaking. Same guy comes out and does what, I don't know. He says ok it is fixed. Next day still leaking. Call back for someone else to come back, no show. Call them again for someone to come back out. So now it has been over a week since I called the first time. Different guy comes out. says it is the overflow tube that wasn't sealed properly. I told that guy I don't believe that is the problem and started to show him where it was leaking from. We had a new drain to replace ourself. He asked if he could use that to replace the one in there. Yes that is fine if you think that is what the problem is. All fixed he says. NOPE a few days later and it is still leaking. Call them back. I have to talk to a manager about this problem. He says it is the washer that seals the sink and drain that they can't get it tight enough to seal it. But they have one that will work for $60. Well I guess if that is what will work. So it know has been 4 weeks since the sink started leaking. Same guy shows up once the part is in. Once he is finished installing an entire new drain, it doesn't leak. So not only could this all have been fixed maybe the 2nd time around, but we are out of the drain we purchased and 3 bills later. I was actually telling them what I thought was actually wrong with it and they were only looking at that issue instead of just taking what i'm saying into consideration and finding out the problem on their own. Each time I call the person who answers the phone always seems so rude. There actually was once I called and that person didn't seem rude. I really would not recommend this company to anyone. They were actually referred to us by someone. Spend your money on a different company.

Had them install a toilet at my house and they did it in a timely manner with excellent quality.

Bill Sanders is a better worker than Tanner and needs to get paid more than Tanner.
