They replaced my Mothers heating and cooling system this past winter and never came back to hook up her new air conditioner that they said they would do in the spring! Have been calling and calling no response!!! So obviously don’t stand by their work!!!

Great place the office lady that waits on the customers is fantastic.

They must be the busiest HVAC business around. I called in the middle of June looking for AC service due to my house not cooling properly. Because my AC was still somewhat functioning I was told I'd be placed at the bottom of the list behind out of AC customers, which was understandable. It is now December and I'm still waiting for that call back.

I called 10 minutes before they opened because our water heater had water coming out the top. Doug answered and said he would call me back and let me know if they could get it done the same day. He called back 5 minutes later and said he could squeeze us in by the end of the day. 2 hrs later it was done. I never discussed price. Bill showed up in the mail and it was nearly exactly what I was expecting. Pricing was inline with big box, but the level of service far exceeded what big box could possibly deliver.

7 visits in a row, same problem, the work done never fixed the issue. That cost 1700plus. Called them to let know problem still persists. They sent a tech but refused to fix anything without payment. Then i find out they put me in claims for $150 service fee. So i paid that and then Lastly i paid 800plus more dollars to fix it all. The owner would not stand behind his work. These guys obviously just throw ideas at the real problem and have no concern if it actually fixes it. I strongly advise do not use this company or you'll go broke they are the worst service company I have ever encountered and unfortunately was obligated to use.
