ACME Plumbing, Drain & Septic Service

We had a great experience working with Acme! We knew we had an issue with our septic system right off the bat so planned for an adventure. Ron came out the day after I called and located our problem (replace line from tank to dist. box), gave a free estimate, and scheduled the fix for the following day. He, Joe, and Shane were personable and professional, and answered my many questions easily. Thanks for making a stressful situation a little less so, and for doing what you do!

I was experiencing a problem with my septic tank and called at 10:30pm on a Friday night of a holiday weekend. Shane arrived early on Saturday morning to pump the tank. He was so nice and offered great advice for maintaining the system in the future. I will use ACME for my future plumbing needs and would strongly recommend them. Thank you, Shane and ACME!

Needed to have septic serviced. Was able to get an appointment for the following day. Received email and text reminders day of scheduling and service. Tech (Michael) arrived on time, reviewed services and pricing, and answered our questions before start of work. Prompt, professional & courteous service by Acme.

I would not recommend this company AT ALL. I had a hot water pressure issue with my shower I contacted Acme for help. They first stated that a technician would be out between 1-4pm by 5pm I had heard nothing. I called and the lady stated that someone should of called me to let me know it would be later, she stated that the technician should be there soon. Not until almost 7pm did they finally arrive. This isn't even the main issue. The technician stated that it was my shower fixtures and that he would need to cut a hole in my drywall then replace the valve fixture and install all new fixtures etc and estimated the project at $1,395.00 but could be more if they were other issues. I felt that the technician was giving me a sales pitch instead of fixing my issue so I called another company Williams Plumbing Service he came within the hour of my call and only to find the problem not being with my actual valve stem and fixtures at the shower/tub location but simply a clog at my water heater on the hot side. A simple 5 minute fix and only charged a service fee of $89.00! So beware of Acme, they should be reported to the better business bureau, if this happened to me I can only image all of the other poor customers that this has happened too.

They were great. Technician Dan Luke was nice and explained everything that was happening.
