I called them for a clogged drain. I was told the price for a basement clean out and for an outside clean out. They unclogged the drain in the basement and I assumed the clean out as well because that is what I paid for. Everything worked for about a week, then the same thing happened again. Roto Rooter came right out and immediately found roots about 10' down the clean out, showed me the picture on the camera and cleaned them right out. I sent my receipt and copies of the photos in to Triple J asking for a refund. I called a few days later and was told I would have a response the next day after a review from a field officer. After a week of no response I called again and was told I would hear something the next day, that was 2 days ago. I will not use them again nor would I recommend them.

I live in the county and have a well .I spoke to there well expert he ensured me that he would be the one coming out to fix my problem ..Turns out the next day he calls in sick so they called and said the guy was on a service call and would be running late when the guy did show up it wasn't the same guy I talk to on the phone and I was his first job for the company ever . He had no idea how a well pump worked or didn't have the tools to work on it. He to look it up on utube then he ask me if he could Barrow my tools to work on it. They told me he was running late because he was on another job .when he got he he informed me that I was his first customer ever. For JJJ plumbing. He couldn't fix it,so I had to carry all my tools back out of the basement and back into my shop. A few days later I got a bill for $90.00 when I did 90% of the work and used all my own tools while he watched.
