Always friendly and helpful even when your a DIY person. Bruce at the counter knows his stuff and can find about anything you need to finish your job. The owner (Steve) is a great guy and helpful. He is an experienced certified shop owner that does the job right. Not the cheapest in town, but are the most trustworthy and do quality work.

Terrible customer service-I called Powells on a Wednesday to have someone come to look at my slow draining kitchen sink on Friday. I was told I was put “on the books” for Friday. When Friday came, I called to verify that someone would be out. I was told that as soon as they came in he would have someone call me. 1pm rolled around and no one showed yet so I called back again. I was told that they had never came back into office and he would leave a message for the owner to call me. I explained to him that this was the only day that I would be at home and I called 2 days ahead and was told that I was put on the books for today. That should have been a guarantee that someone would be there or at least call to let me know that they had an emergency and would have to reschedule. I know slow drains are not a major issue but it’s the point that I never heard a word from anyone and was told that some one would call. I called them back on Monday and told them to remove me from the books and I had someone else coming the next day to fix my issue. I actually receive a phone call from the new plumber coming to let me know that he would be there in the afternoon instead due to an emergency that came up. That is good customer service. Powell’s needs to practice this type of communication with their customers.

They Sure hooked me up with The Part's. I needed for my Gas Dryer and Saved My A Ton Of Money and Going Out Of Town !!! A +++++ In My Book. Would Use Them Again

Love these guys! I know I can leave my door unlocked for them, they come in and do the job, clean up and lock the door on the way out. Fast, knowledgeable service and they bill you so if you are short on cash at the moment, no worries. All around awesome company.
