I had a great all around experience. A representative came and examined our home and went through multiple options on getting a replacement HVAC system. She was very thorough and followed up with us and was quick to try and answer all our questions. The installer team was quick and efficient. Both techs were very polite and respectful of our home and took plenty of time demonstrating all the new equipment, it's use and maintenance, and the various features available on the new system. My experience with Peterman was very professional and easy from beginning to end. Thank you!

I had an absolute awesome experience with Peterman. I had a Plumber, Drain Technician and and an HVAC person all come out the same day! They were all very professional, efficient and did a great job explaining what was going on. No one wants to have to deal with these types of repairs and these guys made it painless. Highly recommend them! Also, every person I talked to on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. No waiting on hold or anything like that. Every time I called someone picked up right away and was cheerful. From start to finish, it was a great experience.

Great company. I had an emergency on a Sunday. Came out very quickly, explained everything and took care of it. First time I used them but not the last. They are now “my” plumbers. Very friendly and professional.

What we thought was a simple tune up to our AC was actually an electrical repair that needed to be done. Brian was our technician and he was just awesome. Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was doing. He arrived on time and he had it fixed in a timely fashion. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Excellent service all the way around. Highly recommend.

After two days without working plumbing, Tim Taylor came in and saved the day. All the Peterman staff members were extremely kind and professional. Tim was very knowledgeable and thorough. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue after being told by another company they were unable to fix the problem. We cannot thank him enough!
