Payless Septic Service

We have lived in our house for about two years. We moved from the city, so we didn’t know much about septic systems other than that we had one. With all of the bad weather we’ve been getting our septic system backed up causing for an extremely unpleasant morning. Our toilets were rising and an overflow pipe in the Garage was flowing. I called Payless septic service and they were able to come out that same morning and get it taken care of. The gentleman that came out was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Even explained to me how the septic system works and how it ties into the house. We called every septic service in the area and everyone told us they were too busy to come out except for these guys. of course Payless septic service was busy as well, but they went the extra step to get out to our house since we had a bit of an emergency situation. I had a basement flood. I called them to discuss options around pumping the septic. My septic tank does not have a riser currently and the owner provided me with a company that could come out, install riser, and pump up my tank. Very nice folks.
