We have a service contract of ARS since they installed the AC in the house for the previous owner of our house. They have always been very prompt and helpful when we need them. Today Andrew did the Summer tune up of the AC unit. He did an excellent job and he gave me some hints of how to take care and improve the performance of the AC unit. I will definitely continue with ARS service.
Yesterday we had a very nice experience with ARS to get our AC and heater installed!!! Carlos and quentin did not quit and go home half done lol. Thankfully they came and got the ac running it was very nice to sleep in cooler house!!! Very feel very bad for the drill that he burned up going through my foundation do put the pipes on I hopefully they get you a new drill
Andrew showed up ontime and comleted my new A/C unit and coil install. He made me aware of any issues he ran into and how he resolved them. Nice clean install. Great work. ARS has always done good work for me
