B&B Plumbing & Heating

I have had to use B & B 3 times this year for small things such as a leaking pipe to replacement of a water softener. They are always prompt and very informative. Friendly customer service-Dave and Adam are the best!

I had am appt and they never showed, didnt call. I called them and asked why, they said they called. I had no missed call or no voicemail. They placed another customer before me when I had an appt over a month out. They get there 5 days later to service my ac to where I had to call them back 2 other times bc my ac quit working. They didnt change my filter like they was supposed to and now my ac keeps freezing up when they was supposed to fix it. Now I have to pay another place to fix my ac and have them check everything over again.They have went completely these past couple years!

Called three different times past 5 years never helped.

Fast, friendly, reliable service. Will definately call again!

B&B has gone above and beyond to help us out with multiple plumbing problems. Everything completed in timely manner and customer service is fantastic!
